TVH launches Rs 800 crore residential township, integrated township

Leading property development firm TVH on Sunday launched its Rs 800 crore multifaceted residential project and integrated township in the city.

The Aurora Township offers exclusive premium villas, high rise residences, largest mall with shopping centers and eight screen 1600-seat multiplexes, N Ravichandran, Chairman of TVH ( True Value Homes), told reporters here today.

The residential Vista Heights would be built in two phases accommodating about 800 apartments, with one, two, three and four Bedrooms, ranging from 500 square feet to between 2500 to 4000 square feet respectively, he said.

There would 40 villas in four and half acreas, he said. The township project is spread over 18 lakh square feet, including seven lakh square feet of both Mall and commercial buildings, which would be completed in five years, he said.

Of the residential premises, 400 apartments would be completed in the first phase in 21 months and the rest would be delivered in five years, Ravichandran said.

Vista Heights would have various attractions for young and old alike with joggers tracks, spa, gym and playground for children, he said, adding the company would be going for a 'green building category' rating from a leading agency.
